Over the past decades, late night shopping in Wustrow has become a permanent fixture in the Baltic seaside resort! Every year on Midsummer‘s day (the Saturday that falls between 20 and 26 June), the streets between the town church and the pier are transformed into a colourful, brightly lit array of shops, restaurants, stalls with arts & crafts, live music as well as residents selling their wares "over the garden fence".
