Preventative health measures at the health and wellness clinic, Ostsee-Kurklinik Fischland.
The Ostsee-Kurklinik Fischland offers diverse preventive and rehabilitation measures, including parent-child therapies and treatments focussed on nutrition, exercise and relaxation, as well as burnout prevention and recovery coaching covered by health insurance plans.
The Ostsee-Kurklinik’s public swimming pool is open to visitors and residents of Wustrow. The pool has a deep zone (20 m x 7 m) and a non-swimmer's area. Guests can also enjoy the clinic’s two saunas (60°C and 90°C) and adjoining relaxation room. A newly designed and enlarged outdoor sauna area provides plenty of options for cooling down. Several different types of massage can be booked at the Ostsee-Kurklinik Fischland.
The swimming pool is open to visitors Tuesday through Friday from 5 pm to 8:45 pm, Saturday from 10 am to 8:45 pm and Sunday from 10 am to 6 pm.
The sauna centre is open to visitors Tuesday through Friday from 5 pm to 8:45 pm (women only on Wednesday 5 pm to 7 pm), Saturday from 10 am to 8:45 pm and Sunday from 11 am to 6 pm.
